Korea Golf Holiday
Day 1 - Incheon & Seoul - Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport you will be met by a representative and transferred to the Capital, Seoul and check into the hotel. The rest of the day you are free to explore.
Day 2 - Seoul - After breakfast, transfer to and 18 holes at 360 golf club.
Day 3 - Jeju Island - Fly to Jeju Island where you will be met by your tour guide Visit Yongduam Rock (Dragon Head Rock). Continue to Halla Arboretum to see native trees and subtropical plants. Stop for lunch at local restaurant.
After lunch we will visit the Yakchunsa Temple, famous for its 30 thousand Buddha statues. Check into hotel.
Day 4 - Jeju Island - After, breakfast play 18 holes Golf in the southern area of Jeju at either Jungmun, Buyoung or Woriduel Country Club).In the afternoon you can have your own time or join the optional tour which costs £30 and includes a trip to Cheonjiyeon (God’s) falls.
Day 5 - Jeju Island, then on to Busan - After breakfast, play 18 Golf at Shineville Country ClubHave your own time or optional tour in the afternoon or join the optional tour (£30) to Seongsan Sunrise Peak and Seongeup Folk Village Transfer back to Jeju Airport and Fly to your next destination, Busan, the 2nd largest city in Korea where you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel.
Day 6 - Busan, Gyeongju and Daegu - Breakfast at the hotel, then on to Gyeongju. In 57 BC, Gyeongju became the capital of the Shilla Dynasty and remained so for about 1000 years. Gyeongju preserves a vast amount of significant and fascinating historical heritage. Along with Bulguksa Temple and Seokguram Grotto, its historical district has been designated as a World Heritage by UNESCO.
Day 7 -Daegu, Haeinsa-Temple, Andong - After Check-out, move to Haeinsa Temple located in Gayasan National Park. Haeinsa Temple was founded by King Ae-Jang of Shilla Dynasty (802), well known for its famous treasure “ Tripitaka Koreana ”(UNESCO world heritage) composed of 81,341 printing woodblocks made to repulse the Mongolian Army Invasion with support of Buddha. And then transfer to Andong Hahoe Village which has preserved the housing architecture and the village structure of the Joseon Dynasty. The Hahoe Village has become world-famous for the visit of Queen Elizabeth several years ago. And then transfer to Sokcho, a port of fishing boats and commercial ships. Check in at hotel located close to Sokcho seashore.
Day 8 - Mount Sorak - Visit Seoraksan National Park with its stunning mountain peaks and rivers that that flow through the valleys creating breathtaking views and making this Korea’s most famous national park. This is a UNESCO designated this park due to so many rare species found here. Visit Sinheungsa-temple located in Mt.Seorak which is an ancient temple with deep historical significance, built by a great monk Jajangyulsa (590~658). (Optional Tour: Gwongeumseong Cable Car–USD15.00). Gwongeumseong is a site of castle ruins located on the steep Dol Mountain of Seoraksan National Park area. After sightseeing of Seoraksan National Park, move to Seoul. Our guide will help you arrive at your centrally located hotel.
Day 9 - Seoul - Sightseeing in Seoul – Gyeongbokgung Palace(Deoksu Palace) The Royal Guard Changing Ceremony, National Folk Museum, Korean Ginseng Center. After lunch, visit the Korean Folk Village (an hour and half drive away from Seoul) where you will experience the culture of the late Joseon Dynasty.
Day 10 - Seoul - After breakfast, you will be picked up in the hotel lobby 4hours before your flight departure.
Korea is a land of breathtaking beauty and fascinating culture. Ancient temples abound, but now there is a modern shrine that Koreans have taken to heart: the golf course.
