Clovely

Umbraco.Core.Dynamics.PropertyResult
The Cape is the home of South African golf, and Clovelly ranks as one of the finest courses in the Cape Peninsula. Once only a nine-hole and mainly sand course, Clovelly was designed by Dr Charles Molteno Murray, one of the best known golf architects of his day. Advocate Bobby Lewin was responsible for much of the magnificent landscaping. Together they produced one of Southern Africa’s most picturesque and challenging courses. Famous for its rolling, computer-irrigated fairways and undulating holes, Clovelly complements its rich coastal environment. Natural sand dunes abut the course, which is blessed with water features and a wide variety of indigenous fauna – especially birdlife such as guinea fowl, pheasant, peacock and steppe buzzard – and flora, notably the variety of trees which line the fairways. Unlike some other local courses, there is no noise intrusion from roads or railways, and both course and club house enjoy privacy and security.

Steenberg

Umbraco.Core.Dynamics.PropertyResult
Steenberg is a place of textured heritage, vintage wines and world-class golfing. The Steenberg golf course is rated as one of the top three courses to visit in South Africa, while the Estate itself has earned global recognition as a flagship residential address. Situated mere minutes from the Cape Town city centre.

Erinvale Golf Club

Umbraco.Core.Dynamics.PropertyResult
One of Cape Town’s golfing treasures, the exclusive Erinvale Golf Club is nestled in the middle of the Erinvale Estate in Somerset West, at the foothills of the Helderberg and Hottentots Holland Mountains. These majestic mountains and views of the ocean make this golf course a popular choice. This Gary Player designed course has been the host of the World Cup of Golf in 1996 and South African Airways Open championships in 2003 and 2004.

The George

Umbraco.Core.Dynamics.PropertyResult
The George Golf course is a beautifully manicured, 72 par, 18 hole course, with bent greens, set in the heart of the Garden Route. The course rating for men is either 68 (forward – 5542m), 70 (club – 5862m) or 72 (championship – 6162m), while that for the ladies is 72 (5204m).

Fancourt Montagu course

Exquisitely conditioned to provide a riveting golfing experience, this tree-lined course covers large tracts of varying terrain on rolling land. A detailed stroke saver takes golfers through the course, providing distance measurements and images that assist players with navigating the course. A warm-up area, featuring a full-length range and a chipping and bunker practice area, is available to golfers before play. Golf carts are available for hire, weather permitting.

Fancourt Outeniqua

Umbraco.Core.Dynamics.PropertyResult

The course provides for easier game play than its counterpart, the Montagu while offering its fair share of challenges and water hazards on as many as 11 of its holes. Designed by Gary Player and named after the mountain range that forms its breath-taking backdrop, the course is pristinely conditioned to accommodate a large volume of players.
